AI Contact Terms

How Talogy's AI assistant may contact you after you submit a form or request information from Talogy.

Effective date: April 1, 2026

What you're agreeing to. Talogy may use Alice to follow up using AI-generated voice, text, and email, with your prior written consent.

How Alice may contact you. AI-generated phone call, voicemail, text message, and email — within the hours and scope permitted by law.

How to opt out. Reply STOP, say "stop" to Alice directly, or contact Talogy. Opt-outs are honored within 10 business days.

These terms explain how Talogy may use Alice, its AI-powered voice assistant, to follow up with people who submit a form or request information about Talogy's products and services. They cover what Alice does, what you are consenting to, what to expect, and how to stop communications at any time.

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply when you provide your contact information to Talogy and give prior express written consent to receive AI-assisted follow-up. They apply to AI-assisted communications only. They do not replace Talogy's general terms of use, privacy notice, or any product-specific agreement.

2. What you are consenting to

By checking the consent box on a Talogy form and submitting your information, you provide your prior express written consent for Talogy to contact you using the phone number and email address you provide — including through Alice, Talogy's AI-powered voice assistant.

That contact may include AI-generated voice calls, prerecorded voicemail messages, SMS/text messages, and emails. These communications are made for marketing purposes related to Talogy's talent assessment products and services.

Talogy uses this contact to respond to your request, share relevant product information, ask qualification questions, route your inquiry to the right team, and help schedule a meeting or demo.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Message frequency will vary.

3. What Alice is

Alice is Talogy's AI-powered voice assistant for inbound follow-up and lead qualification. Alice uses AI-generated voice technology.

At the start of every call, Alice will identify herself with the following disclosure:

"Hi [Name], this is Alice — I'm an AI assistant calling on behalf of Talogy. Just so you know, this call may be recorded."

This disclosure is delivered on every call without exception. It confirms that Alice is an AI, that the call may be recorded, and the reason for the call. It is required by the FCC and applicable state laws including California AB 2905.

Alice may help answer questions about Talogy's products, gather context about your organization and challenge, identify the most relevant Talogy solution, and schedule a conversation with the right Talogy team member.

Alice supports communication and routing. Alice does not make final purchasing, employment, or assessment decisions on Talogy's behalf.

4. What to expect after you submit a form

If you consent and submit a form, Talogy may use Alice to follow up shortly after submission — typically within minutes during business hours. Alice may ask about your company, role, business challenge, timeline, and whether you would like to schedule a call with the Talogy team.

If you do not answer, Talogy may follow up by voicemail, text, or email within the scope of your consent and applicable law.

Calling hours: Alice contacts leads Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time. This is stricter than the federal minimum of 8 AM–9 PM local time. Florida leads are subject to 8 AM–8 PM local time and a maximum of 3 contact attempts per 24-hour period. Talogy observes calling hour restrictions in all applicable states.

5. Call recording

Calls with Alice may be recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, and operational improvement purposes. By consenting to be contacted by Alice, you consent to the recording of those calls.

Two-party consent states: If you are located in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, or another state with two-party recording consent requirements, you are notified here and at the start of each call that the conversation may be recorded.

6. What you confirm when you submit

By submitting your information and checking the consent box, you confirm that:

  • The contact details you provide are accurate
  • You are authorized to receive communications at that phone number and email address
  • If you provide a mobile number, it is a number at which you may lawfully receive AI-generated voice calls, texts, and voicemails
  • You have read and agree to these AI Contact Terms

If you believe you were contacted without having provided consent, please contact Talogy directly using the information in Section 14. Alice is also authorized to remove you from the contact list immediately upon request during any call.

7. How to opt out

You can withdraw your consent and opt out of AI-assisted communications from Talogy at any time by:

  • Telling Alice directly during a call that you do not want further contact — any clear verbal expression of "stop" will be recognized and honored immediately
  • Replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to any text message
  • Clicking unsubscribe in any email from Talogy
  • Contacting Talogy directly using the information in Section 14

Opt-out requests do not need to use any specific word or phrase. Any communication that clearly conveys "stop contacting me" will be treated as a valid opt-out request.

Talogy will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, as required by the FCC's April 2025 rules. Opt-out requests made verbally to Alice are confirmed aloud before the call ends and logged immediately with a timestamp.

Withdrawing consent limits Talogy's ability to follow up through Alice, but Talogy may still contact you through other lawful means consistent with your stated preferences.

8. Do-not-contact requests

Talogy maintains an internal Do Not Contact list and honors the National Do Not Call Registry. If you request permanent removal from all Talogy communications, Alice will confirm the request aloud, end the call, and log it immediately as a Do Not Contact record.

If you ask not to be contacted, Talogy retains the minimum information necessary to document and honor that request — including your phone number, email address, the date of the request, and the nature of the opt-out. This record is kept to prevent future unwanted contact, not for marketing purposes. Virginia SB 1339 requires that text opt-out requests be honored for 10 years.

9. How your information is used

Talogy uses information from your form submission and your interaction with Alice to operate, improve, and secure its communications — including maintaining consent records, routing inquiries, supporting legal compliance, and improving service quality. Talogy may use third-party service providers and technology vendors to support these functions, subject to applicable law and Talogy's Privacy Notice.

Every form submission is logged with a timestamp, IP address, the exact consent language displayed, and the form URL, to support compliance documentation.

10. State-specific notice

Talogy's campaigns reach leads across the United States. Additional requirements may apply depending on your state. Notable state-level rules that affect how Talogy contacts you include:

  • California: Every AI interaction must be disclosed upfront. Calls may be subject to CCPA and two-party recording consent requirements.
  • Florida: Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA) requires prior express written consent for AI-assisted marketing calls and texts, with no bundled consent allowed. Calling hours are 8 AM to 8 PM local time. Maximum 3 contact attempts per 24-hour period.
  • Texas: Texas SB 140 (effective September 2025) extends telemarketing rules to text messages. Violations may trigger the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
  • Virginia: Virginia SB 1339 (effective January 2026) requires businesses to honor text opt-out requests for 10 years.
  • B2B contacts: The TCPA applies to cell phones regardless of whether they are used for business purposes. If you provide a mobile number, the same consent requirements apply whether the number is personal or professional.

Talogy's consent and contact practices are designed to meet the strictest applicable state standard. If you are in a state not listed above, additional protections may still apply. Contact Talogy if you have questions.

11. Limits of AI-assisted communication

AI communication may sometimes be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Information shared by Alice is for general business communication purposes unless Talogy clearly states otherwise. If there is a conflict between what Alice says and what an authorized Talogy representative or a formal Talogy legal document says, the latter controls.

Talogy may monitor or review interactions with Alice for quality, training, compliance, and security purposes, subject to applicable law.

12. Availability

Talogy does not guarantee that Alice is always available or that every request receives an AI follow-up. Talogy decides, at its discretion, whether a request is handled by Alice, a human representative, or both.

13. Changes to these terms

Talogy may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Talogy's services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
